Martha’s House, Inc., a 501c3 corporation serving victims of domestic violence, in rural Okeechobee County, Florida, is seeking an experienced Chief Administrative Officer
As Chief Administrative Officer, you will be an integral part of our senior management team reporting directly to our Executive Director. You’ll have the responsibility for all administrative and supportive functions of the agency, and we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen, and a great work ethic. We’d like to meet you.
This position is in our administrative and outreach center with regular interaction with other staff and clients. The position is a full-time, exempt, benefits earning, salaried position. Generally, the work is M -F 8 – 5, however, there may be times you will need to be flexible. This is a supervisory role with 2 employees reporting to you.

The main requirements for the position:
Proven experience as a Chief Administrative Officer or equivalent at a social services organization, with at least five years’ experience.
BSc/BA Business Administration
BSc/BA in Human Services with a Business minor
An understanding of the business side of running an agency is vital.
The offered compensation is:
Salary range is $58,000 to $62,000 depending on experience.

Along with all our employees, the Chief Administrative Officer will be trained to be a certified direct service provider. Likewise, fundraising is an integral part of our operations, and all employees are expected to participate in the preparation and execution of functions, campaigns, and events.
