ACCOUNTING & BUDGET MANAGER

Martha’s House is looking for an Accounting & Budget Manager to join our team!
This is a full-time position reporting directly to our Executive Director. This is an opportunity to use your professional skills to support an organization dedicated to helping victims and survivors of domestic violence.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Accounting & Budget Manager will be responsible for:
- Maintaining bookkeeping and financial records
- Managing payroll functions
- Assisting the Executive Director with administrative and organizational needs as needed
- Monitoring and maintaining Martha’s House licenses and certifications
- Maintaining our tax-exempt status and required documentation
- Ensuring organizational paperwork and compliance requirements remain current so we can continue providing essential services to victims and survivors of domestic violence
- Assisting with budgeting, financial tracking, and other accounting-related responsibilities
- Utilizing QuickBooks and other financial tools as needed
QuickBooks experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, nonprofit administration, or a related field, and/or a degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related area.
